Bruce from Peak Roofing came by my house to fix an issue I had with a gap in my roof. He was on time, extremely nice and very professional. He identified the issue right away and solved the problem in an extremely timely manner while being completely transparent with what needed to be fixed by sharing pictures of the i...ssue I had. I could not have been any happier with the work that Bruce did for my home. The took great care of performing a job of the utmost quality and upon completion they left the premises in a clean and organized condition. I did extensive research and finally settled on Peak to replace the roof of our townhouse. We worked with Hunter on the estimate and we were very pleased with his professionalism and honesty. He did not try any high-pressure sales tactics, instead just emphasizing the advantages of their offer. Communication with the o...ffice has been very clear and professional. They delivered the materials and started the job exactly as promised. Jason and his team showed up at 7 AM on the day and worked methodically and fast. I noticed water marks on our Great Room ceiling that caused me concern, so I contacted Pak Roofing to have someone inspect/assess the roof. I was able to schedule an inspection with Bruce for two days later (arrival between 10 and 12). Bruce called in advance and said he could arrive early, if that suited me {which it... did}. I told Bruce about some work I had done several months earlier, and he took a quick look at the ceiling to confirm that there still was an issue. When Bruce came down, he showed me a piece of silicone that was stuck between the vent collar and the vent pipe. It caused a slight opening between the two and that was how water was entering the house. While he was on the roof, he noticed that there were a few nail heads that could use a shot of silicone sealing, so I asked him to address those, as well. Easy fixes. Thank goodness. Bruce was very personable and professional. I'll certainly contact Peak Roofing for any roofing issues that may arise in the future. More text

Peak did my roof and gutters a few years back and we loved them. This time we had a large branch damage the roof and take out a gutter. Called Peak and they came right out and provided a complete estimate. Accepted the estimate and had a scheduled date provided the next day. Day of repairs crew came, fixed the shingles... and cleaned roof of all debris. Second crew came the same day and replaced gutter. They were able to use the gutter guards except the one smashed which saved substantial cost. Loved them and will use again. More text

What a terrific team! The office employees were always accommodating. Michael handled the entire process professionally. Tina worked hard scheduling the installers around snow storms The installers worked quickly and efficiently. The roofs look great! I highly recommend Peak Roofing Contractors.

With everyone struggling to provide good service the last two years, what a great experience with Peak Roofing out of Warrenton, VA! The the initial fast response from James was helpful. He answered all of my questions, helped with final decisions, and provided us a quote within budget. Tina and the office staff made s...cheduling easy, keeping us informed throughout the process. The materials were delivered on a Thursday, on time and as promised. Bright and early the next morning the crew arrived. Efficient and professional throughout the day, and a great bunch of guys. Buddy himself was there to kick things off, and Donnie answered all of my questions (yeah I'm one of "those" homeowners) throughout the day. By evening, our roof was finished, the site was as clean as when it started, and our home looks great! Thanks to everyone at Peak Roofing Contractors. My experience with Peak Roofing Contractors was great! Hunter from Peak Roofing Contractors came out to take a look at my roof and assess any possible damage that may have been caused by recent storms. He was very professional, honest, friendly, and had a very clean and professional appearance. Hunter inspected the ...roof and provided me with his honest assessment. To my surprise, he did not see any cause for concern or any areas that needed attention at this time. He shared his professional thoughts on how long our roof should last and offered different options for whenever we do decide to have it replaced. He was very knowledgable. Peak Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor nearly 10 years ago. They have made several repairs to my roof that extended its life, not wanting to replace my roof before it was needed. We've used Peak Roofing twice for home repairs. In 2021 they replaced our roof and gutters, it was by far the best estimate/cost and they did a great job. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful each time. This year we had repairs to our siding, Mike worked with us to determine what was the highest priority.
