To have the starter repaired, I went to the shop. The starter worked occasionally, but it was fine. The car got worse over the next two weeks. I had to take it to a different mechanic (who was not interested in helping and didn't want to spend any time talking about the problem or how to fix it). A $500+ waste

Prime auto was recommended to me by a friend who said they were top-notch. I was wrong. I asked if they could install coilovers for my 2007 ls460. They said yes. After my vehicle was taken into their possession, I was called the following day. He said that i had the wrong parts. (which was correct since i ordered them ...previously) I told Vanna that if you don’t know what you’re doing, ill take it elsewhere. He put the coilovers on the vehicle and the one on the right side was higher than the other (he claimed it was because of the parking lot). I also asked him about the alignment, which he had never done, and he tried to charge me. At 60 mph, I feel vibrations and rubbing. Vanna has not been in touch with me for the past 3-4 days. This shop is not recommended to me, unless you are willing to pay for bad service. More text

Great experience! To get after-market parts for my Jeep Wrangler, I took it to the owner. I was greeted by the owner who shared his knowledge with me. The prices were reasonable. Great workmanship. We are grateful for the great experience.
