Brett, Ron and the crew were wonderful to work with. Extremely professional, hardworking, polite and most importantly, competent. I have lived in the same house for 45 years and have had many experiences with home improvements over the years. Roofsimple's crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters after sustaining damage from a hail storm in July 2021. They had Joe, a public adjuster, who worked with my homeowner's insurance and John, Thomas, and Nathan were pleasant to work with in keeping me informed of what was going on. The crew arrived ...not on time, but a few minutes early which was great. The crew was professional, quick, and cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend Roofsimple. More text

I worked for Roofsimple for 3 years and loved every second of it! The owners, Marty & Mark, are the most caring and genuine guys I've ever worked for - very down to earth and easy to talk to. All my co-workers were also great people! I left the company only because it was time for me to start working outside the house ...again (I was working from home in Michigan). They are very family oriented and know family comes first. If I lived in Virginia I would not have left the company. Roof Simple just finished replacing our roof. The service provided was excellent. The company worked seemlessly with our insurance company. When the original date for the installation proved to be sketchy due to weather, they quickly arranged for an alternative date. They touched base with us several days in advanc...e to confirm the repair date. The crew arrived promptly at 7 30 am. and the supervisor, Jacob, quickly touched base with us He advised he would be on site the entire day. They removed the old roof efficiently and took it away completely The grounds of both front and rear lawn were cleared of all material, and they used the proper tools to check for and remove loose nails. The work was completed. by 4 pm and the new roof looks ourstanding. We were totally satisified with the work of Jacob and his crew. They did an excellent job. More text

Amazing experience from start to finish! A tree fell on my house during one of Virginia’s crazy storms causing damage to my house and roof. I called Roofsimple and they came out and helped me with my insurance claim. The process was easy, straightforward, and the communication was great! The install went fast and smoot...h. Great experience NOT purchasing a roof. After a recent storm, I agreed to let RoofSimple to checkout my roof for hail damage. I was dreading the "hard sell" but my experience was the exact opposite. Anthony J. inspected my roof and told me that it looked to be in great shape. He showed me a bunch of photos and even r...emoved some debris from my roof. Anthony's recommendation to actually not pursue a re-roofing at this time was refreshingly honest and likely earned my business for whenever I do re-roof. More text

My Roof and gutters were damaged by a hail storm in July. I was contacted by Roofsimple that I could potentially have hail damage. Through their initial inspection and an independent inspection by the private claim adjuster who represented me with my insurance company and worked with Roofsimple it was determined my ...roof and gutters needed replacing. The claim process with the private adjuster and my insurance company was very smooth and painless. My claim was settled and paid extremely fast. At this point Roofsimple ordered the singles , scheduled the roof replacement and managed the complete replacement of my roof. The roofing crew showed up on time and worked continuously throughout the day and returned the following day to complete the roofing project. Their workmanship was outstanding and they cleaned up everything just perfectly. The roof looks outstanding!! Within a week the gutter contractor showed up and replaced all the gutters on the house within 2 hours. All the gutters were fabricate on-site. The workmanship was again outstanding. I would highly recommend Roofsimple for any roofing project. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and the workmanship of their subcontractors is outstanding. We had the very best experience with Roof Simple. Starting with the initial knock on the door saying they believed we had roof damage to a storm and insurance will quite likely cover the repairs. Which let's be honest, we've had that knock before... and thought that it was just another unwanted solicitor. But this t...ime I said sure, take a look at the roof and tell me what you see. They inspected the roof, said there was storm damage and for the next weeks worked with my insurance company - the claim was approved and I was informed a was getting a brand new roof, screen repair, new gutters and fascia and the damage inside the home would be fixed as well. I had to do absolutely nothing on my part - Roof Simple handled the ENTIRE process. Within about 45 days the crew was at my home putting my new roof on. They were in constant communication, explaining every step, following up with texts and emails - in this unfortunate day and age with customer service lacking in so many businesses, big and small, they absolutely exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and service. And the quality of their work is top notch! Special shout out to Johny, Thomas and Elizabeth for their constant communication and for making this such a simple, easy, stress-free and well executed project! I would highly recommend using Roof Simple for any and all services that they handle - they were absolutely spot on and spectacular!! More text

We contracted with Roof Simple to do our gutters on a newly completed deck, worst experience with a contractor I’ve seen in quite some time. I would’ve given one star but they did make an attempt to fix their mistakes even if subpar like the initial work. They left old nails and screws laying around, didn’t cut the hol...e for the vent correctly, missing clamps and turn-outs too low on the downspouts, leaking gutter and failed to follow direction. I should’ve known it would be an issue when they showed up and immediately started removing gutters from the front of the house by mistake, fortunately I caught it instead of the foreman who was on-site. I took these pics and sent to them for correction of which only about 70% was completed. I will say I told them not to mess with the vent as I didn’t trust them to not make it worse or damage something else. Their fix for the gutter was to bend the new drip edge out like a sardine can and tuck the gutter behind it instead of simply fixing it so it seated against the facia as it should. It should also be known that we had the roof installed in 2019 when we moved in by another contractor (who did a great job) using a quality CertainTeed shingle and they damaged the new drip edge and a lot of the shingles along the edge of the roof. We paid a lot of money for the shingles to be damaged 2 years later by this company. And to top off the horrible experience we were still invoiced in full with no apologies or follow up. And then several months later I received an overdue notice that was the result of an accounting software glitch as I paid the initial bill right quickly. Not sure how this company scored so high here, they only get 3 stars on Yelp. Update: After reading this review they contacted me and came out to address the gutter and one downspout. The final product looks good and no more water leaking behind the gutter. More text

Our roof looks AMAZING! We are SO happy with the results we just can’t believe it. From start to finish, our initial chat & estimate with Collin to the end talking with Thomas about the results-we are over the moon happy with the entire process. We had 2 full crews at our house doing our roof because it was over 40 squ...ares worth of roof and every single person from Roof Simple was so nice and professional, they never stopped working, they started before 8am and were done with install by 3pm. THATS INSANELY FAST for that size of a roof! Thomas and Collin are sooo nice and amazing to work with. Thankyou Roof Simple!
