JHCC made the repair process on my Ford Edge quick and easy. I simply dropped off my vehicle and they handled the rest, they uploaded detailed pictures of the damage from the auto accident to my Geico app and kept me updated every step of the way right up until time of pick up. My vehicle looks better now than the da...y it was purchased, they do excellent work! 10/10 recommend. More text

All around great experience. I'm very happy with the outcome of my repairs and the professionaism of the shop. The front desk clerk is a gem. Any services needed in the future will be done here without a doubt.

From the first meet and greet, to the way the estimate was handled in a professional but friendly manner, I felt that Stallings Collision Center was the place to leave my Jeep for needed repairs. It was my first time dealing with vehicle repairs and they made it easy for me. Repairs were not only done in a timely manne...r, I was thrilled with the work and my Jeep was washed and cleaned for me. I felt special. They were knowledgeable and friendly. My car ended up being a total loss but, they were easy to deal with and I would use them again.

Have a 2017 Toyota Sienna that hit a raccoon. It broke my bumper, a/c condenser, and a few other parts. A mile down the road part of my radiator protector started flapping in the wind. I had to drive 7 hours sounding like a helicopter. The a/c isn't working properly after they replaced the condenser. Then, about a week... later the bumper is falling off. They also, painted the new bumper and it is no where near where it should be. Looks awful! If you think about using these people think again! I could have used a guy in is backyard that could of done a better job! I brought it to the Joe Hudson in Alabama and they were laughing at the poor work! Ill post pictures later. More text

Great job on the car repair as expected, but so much more. Customer service was excellent. Got the estimate right away and they were able to take the car in the shop within just a couple of days. They got the repairs done ahead of schedule, called me with updates and cleaned the inside of my car, which was a great, tot...ally unexpected surprise! I was able to leave the rental car with them for pick up, which saved me that hassle. Overall, great job and awesome service. Highly recommend!! More text

They are very nice and did all they could for us even though our vehicle was a total loss. Thank you Joe Hudson collision for making things as easy as you could for us, from phone calls keeping us updated each step if the way to letting us come collect our belongings from our vehicle.

I had a scratched fender repaired here when it was Stalling's Collision. The repair looked good, but since then the clearcoat has started to peel around my gas door. I took the car to the shop today, which has since changed hands to Joe Hudson, and they will not warranty the work. In fact, I was told that they only ...do insurance work now. I really wish Joe Hudson would take my case into consideration since they have taken over the business, especially since my issue is so small. Heck, if you Google "Stalling's Collision," this place still pops up! I certainly learned my lesson: go with who you know, otherwise the name on the building might change next week and you'll be SOL. I loved everything about my experience with this place until I went to pick up the car. We had a door replaced because someone side swiped us. The outside of the car looked great but when I opened the door it was a total mess. There were footprints everywhere, sticky goop all over the backseat, greasy handprints on all... the doors, a huge streak of white grease up and down one side of the window, scratches on the wood grain in the middle console that weren't there before, a crack in the trim around the inside door handle on the replaced door (which they offered to replace, but still). I couldn't believe they didn't make any effort whatsoever to clean up all the mess they made when doing the repair. Especially since they told me they had just detailed it when they gave me the keys. I guess detailing to them is washing the outside of the car because it looked absolutely flawless. Then, after they brought someone out (twice, because he still didn't get it all the first time) to wipe the car out, the car wouldn't start when we went to leave (which has never happened since we bought it). They had to come boost our battery and told us it was probably from where they had it hooked up to run tests on it as that process can drain the battery. That may very well be true but after the experience we had been having up to that point it was really just the icing on the cake. The customer service experience I had all the way up to this point was absolutely great. They were so professional and went the extra mile to keep me updated every step of the way and made me feel so confident that my vehicle was in good hands. That's why I was so disappointed when I picked up the vehicle in the condition it was in. After this experience I just can't recommend them to anyone else and I won't be returning there for any repairs of my own. I gave them 3 stars instead of less simply on the strength that their customer service was great. As for their staff doing the actual repairs, I can't speak on them in the same manner. More text

Everyone I talked to from the rental car to final pickup was very personal. Stallings kept me update daily with text messages and progress photos per my request. My 2015 GMC Sierra looks better then new! Highly recommended.

Terrible business. They have terrible service they steal anything in your car including money and gift cards and personal belongings. I do not recommend they are very untrustworthy and unprofessional.
