Three years later! No issues and no leaks. I still wake up at night periodically worrying about my old roof leaking just to realize it has already been taken care of and is new by Benny at Summit Roofing. I had a leak before that was minor but bothered me and caused me to wake up at night. I should sleep soundly now ...that I have no leaks and a new roof but I still have a night or two a year with a nightmare dream thinking my roof is leaking but soon realize I do not have an issue anymore since the mew roof. Initial review. Great work Benny and the crew at Summit Roofing. I'm amazed they the roof was removed and replaced all in day! And the clean up is perfect. Not a trace of leftover material in the yard or bushes. The shed looks outstanding with the addition of the drip edge metal. Thanks Benny for the color recommendation.o More text

Summit Roofing was very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Work was completed quickly, and clean up was outstanding. Carl, the company rep was very helpful in explaining the work to be done, and immediately responded to questions. Highly recommened if you need a new roof.

I just had my roof replaced and a new attic fan installed and Summit did an excellent job. The 5-man crew arrived on time. The crew did an excellent job ensuring my plants and lawn were covered and they cleared all the debris from my roof after the job was completed. Summit Roofing was recommended by a friend. Everyone we dealt with at Summit Roofing was professional, organized, and skilled. We have an attached villa which required coordinating with a neighbor to get the best results. The pricing was excellent, Summit's support during the approval process was excellent. Highly recommend.

We bought our home about a year ago and knew that we would need a new roof when we did so. The original roof was 19 years old. WE interviewed 6 roofers, all with good references. Sam from Summit Roofing impressed us with his professionalism, explanations and fair price. He was not the least expensive, but we felt mo...st comfortable with him and with our decision to use Summit for our job. The 8 man crew was very impressive on the day of installation. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the roof was completed in one day. They cleaned up meticulously and made sure that our neighbors' properties were protected and clean up as well. The experience I had with Summit Roofing was beyond compare. They were quick to give me an estimate, fast at getting the job scheduled, and fast/efficient in getting both the roof and gutters replaced. Summit Roofing was a pleasure to work with. My sales rep Carl was extremely professional and very responsive to my questions. My contract price was the best price out of four companies I interviewed. When my job was started, the roofing team consisted of eight roofers and they were able to get the job done and clean...ed up in one day -- in spite of the minor rain delay in the morning. My roof looks great and they went above and beyond with a lot of little extras -- like painting the rusty old vent for my microwave and removing a defunct attic fan from the roof. I would highly recommend Summit Roofing without question. More text
