Went and bought a car last minute today. Brian Eaton helped us out. Everything from explaining the car and getting us set up, to getting the kids a drink. He was great to work with. Answered questions good and helped set up the features before we left. Thanks Mr. Eaton.

I searched almost 100 dealerships to compare prices and this one by far has the most fair prices and and actual real sales team who listens to you. You actually feel taken care of . I've had problems being treated unfairly at other car lots and stopped by here just to try one last time. The salesman that I ended up working with was Zach Estes such a great guy! He was fair and he beat the other places pricing! I had a great experience and will recommend to friends and family.

Worked with Zach today and bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler! It was everything in more than I could have hoped for. Zach was so amazing though the whole process, he was friendly, caring, and so helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend anyone working with him! Thanks so much!!

From beginning to end, we had a totally excellent buying experience. Brandon (Uncle Buck) is an awesome salesman. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I hate being in dealerships longer than an hour. We got the price that we wanted and were in and out of the dealership in 53 minutes.

Brought my vehicle in for service, took to another Nissan dealership in Johnson city and they didn’t help at all. Brought it to Dutch Miller and had it figured out super fast. I recently moved jobs and have needed to find a better car due to gas prices being the way they are. I spoke with a gentleman named Dilon and he was incredibly friendly and helpful, it really helped with that anxious feeling of not knowing exactly what I want versus what I need out of a car. Just want to say thank you to all the staff. They are all super friendly and very upfront and honest. When your in need of a good reliable vehicle that’s also safe for your family, having someone honest and upfront is amazing. I know when my husband decides to get a new vehicle we will definitely be coming here again.

Too bad I can't do zero stars! My 2016 Rogue needed a transmission replacement. It was at Dutch Miller Nissan for over a month. Communication from the service department, including the service manager, was non-existent. I had to call every week and run someone down to ask about the status of my vehicle. Each time I wou...ld finally get someone on the phone, they would tell me how busy they had been and how my vehicle should be done by the end of the week. They would assure me that they would now be in touch with me to keep me updated on the status of my repair, especially if something changed in the meantime. I never received one call from Wendy, Randal, or anyone else. The last time I called, I was calling to let them know I was going to have the vehicle moved to a different dealership. It was then that they let me know... "Oh looks like it's ready to be picked up." Nissan paid 50% on this repair because it was only 2800 miles out of warranty. I am very pleased with Nissan as a brand and I will certainly consider purchasing another when the time comes. However, I will never purchase another vehicle from Dutch Miller Nissan. Gone are the days when this was a great dealership- RIP Bill Gatton Nissan! More text
