Don't buy a used care from them they sell known lemons. Me and the misses bought a car in cash that they pulled into the garage immediately befor letting use test driveing thoght it was odd as it was clean inside but ok then test drive light rattle but its a used car from a reputable dealer right wrong 😅 with in 48 hr...s the engine was from what the system said the computer was malfunctioning they reset the computer another 48 hrs and another mechanic had to replaced. Alex was awesome with purchasing our new 2021 Subaru WRX. Great customer service and communication! Update. When car was delivered it had a scratch on the paint. Pointed it out but due to the time Alex told to call back after the Christmas Holliday. Alex has yet to return the phone call to fix the defect 7 months late...r. After multiple calls to the dealership and speaking to numerous people it’s a lost cause. Lesson learned make sure everything is taken care of before taking delivery of your vehicle people. I went to Wallace in Bristol and I went to look for a vehicle and I actutally didn’t purchase one on that day. I will tell you out of all the people that I know he helped me with everything I needed. So when I do purchase one hands down I will go with Alex Keith.

Dwayne Bohannon service department representative was wonderful as always. He estimated my repair time which was going to be greater than 3 hours. He got me a ride so I could hang with family. He above and beyond.

I’d like to preface this by saying, i love my car. The buying process was very very nice and i will always recommend my salesman. However, this isn’t my first encounter with the tech team not properly doing their job. Each time i’ve gone in to have a service done it’s been something new, ranging from them not changing ...my number in the system because for some reason when buying the car it put my mothers info in from when she bought hers years ago, so in order to be let known about my service being done my mom has to call and tell me after ive waited 3 hours already, to them not properly balancing my tires. My father is a tech, has been for all my life. it’s always fun watching him go behind your techs and fix their mess ups. my front right and rear left tire was nowhere near being balanced even though i had just gone in 2 months ago for a rotation and balance. we initially thought i had done something to cause such road wobble, making me feel highly unsafe in my 2019 crosstrek. when taking a closer look at my tires we noticed weights were put on my rear tire when there should have been none to begin with. my front right didn’t have the correct amount on them. it was nice to know i’m not the issue and your techs are. fortunately for me my free oil changes ran out and i’ll no longer have to deal with the bad tech work. When I made my appointment, I was assured everything needed to repair my broken wiper arm was in stock. When I arrived Mon morning I just had gotten seated when I was informed they had to order parts. Upon investigating I learned the only part needed was an end cap. I had them replace the arm and I am now waiting on a ...phone call so I can make another trip to Bristol. Someone fumbled the ball More text

My family was on our way to UTK for a summer orientation when we were rear ended on the interstate. It was a Sunday afternoon and everything was closed. The muffler and back side of the car were damaged, so we found a hotel and spent the night waiting for the Subaru dealership to open the next morning. We were hopin...g we could just get the muffler back in place and continue our journey without having to get a rental, and then we could worry about the body repairs later. We were greeted by Charity who was very sympathetic to our situation. The service guys attached our muffler and made sure all was ok for us to drive the vehicle. Everyone was helpful and polite. We will be spreading the word and stopping by on our future trips to Tennessee for maintenance work. It's good to know there are still good people out there that are kind and have empathy for others. Thanks Wallace Subaru and Charity for a wonderful first impression during a very stressful time. More text

As always, impeccable service and such friendly workers. I use to hate going to a garage, but now I don't dread it one bit! Very nice waiting area with refreshments and very clean restrooms as well. Plenty of places to charge your phone/tablet while you wait!
