Seth came out in a Tuesday, said by Friday he would email me estimate. It's now a week later. I called WW and spoke with a guy named Chance. He seemed very annoyed that I was calling trying to find out the situation. When I informed him I didn't have Seth info on me he gave me more attitude. Said he will "try" to ...get in touch with Seth but I should be the one to do so. So this is how you treat a potential customer looking to spend serious $$$? I will look elsewhere. More text

Got a call from Bobby and he assured me that the window was ordered and it will be delivered within the next two weeks. He stated that he will make sure that the replacement window will be installed once the window arrives. We aren’t happy with the customer service received from Window World. We ordered our windows in early August and they were finally installed the end of January. I was advised I needed to be home that day, which I was. One installer came and installed the 5 windows ordered. There were 31 windows to wrap and I was advise...d they would be there that week because he had no idea there was more work. I later found that this guy was a contractor, not an employee of Window World. I had not been told I would need to be home those days. Luckily I was, because they needed inside access to the windows on my third floor. (Imagine taking time off from work, etc.) They didn’t have long enough ladders with them (more on the poor attention to the contract later) The following day they had mechanical issues and were 2 hours late, though the crew called to advise of the delay. The third time they were at the house they left due to snow though the job was not complete. I completed a survey and wrote that I would pay in full upon completion of the job. They advised they would be back. I have not been contacted regarding their return. Nearly a week after their last presence, I received a text with a link to pay the remaining balance. I called the office in Blountville to remind them the job was not complete and was advised someone would call me back. Three days later I received a return call and was asked if I was calling to pay my bill. I explained and was put on hold yet again. Another person answered and I went through the entire situation yet again. He said he didn’t read/see the additional work when he scheduled the original installer. So…..does that happen often? Just don’t pay attention to the contract? That’s not good time management - maybe that is why customers are waiting so long. There was no apology which would have gone a long way in acknowledging the inconvenience. Additionally, I am again waiting for a return call to schedule the work left to complete the job. Yea….if you have 5 months to wait on installation (probably due to that time management issue) and several return trips, for which you may, or may not, need to be present for, consider your options. I like to give positive reviews, but so far I can’t. More text

This company performs greater than ever anticipated. Quality of work and product can not be compared with any other. Jimmy and Johnny were perfectionists. I can't say enough about the pride in workmanship. They left our home in perfect condition and beautiful. I would highly recommend using Window World for your w...indows and siding and if you can request Jimmy and Johnny please do so. First pic is the before and I don't have to explain the second. Buyer Beware!! Bobby Pollard assured me he would order and replace a window that has an air bubble in it. I was told it would be approximately 6 weeks for window to arrive. It has been almost 8 weeks - so I called to check on the status. I was promised a return call from Beth . . . I have been waiting on that return ca...ll for over a week. My opinion of Mr. Pollard's Window World continues to get worse. I doubt I will ever see the replacement window. Watch out for yourself consumer because no one else will ! More text

Siding. Had to wait several months. Materials. Get available crew. WW has problems getting employees and qualified employees just as everyone else does. From Estimator (Darrin (Rogere, install manager, to crew (John, Eric, and Joey, excellent service.

Previously I had given a 1 star negative review and I would like to Ammend that rating. We contracted window world to replace all 15 windows in our new home . We had some hiccups and I was not satisfied with the quality of work performed originally. I called and explained my issues to customer service. Roger our sched...uler called within 40 mins of that call. I explained everything to him and he had someone here within the hour to do a walk through and listen to my concerns. Bobby the owner also reached out to me,while out of town, and on a business trip this same morning. Bobby reassured me as did the young man that came , that things would be made right. Fast forward to Friday and a crew was here this morning and fixed everything we had issues or concerns about. What couldnt be fixed today was ordered new and will be here to be replaced very quickly. I have never received such wonderful responsive customer service. I actually feel like a big jerk for giving a negative review so quickly. I would definitely reccomended window world and will be using their services in the future for new gutters and down spouts. Thank you Bobby for being such a great local business that we can trust. These guys are outstanding! Very thorough when giving estimates and so accurate and honest on wait times. Fast and excellent work! Left a clean job site. Every crew member was nice and very courteous! Highly recommend!

The Widows are great. I really love the new windows . I had some problems with the installers that turned out to be contractors that left some problems with our Vinal siding and my shutters . After bringing the issues to Bobby and his staff they installed all new shutters, fixed all siding issues along with any remaini...ng minor problems . The staff made sure every detail was taken care off. I am very happy with the results. More text
