Poor Communication and coordination with sales team and timely installation follow up a huge issue! We began relationship in March 2021, process not started until mid July. Windows installed promptly, along with garage doors, shutters, and storm doors. Storm doors were a disaster. Numerous calls and supply issues t...ook 7 months to resolve. Calls and texts rarely returned. We had to go directly to office to talk with someone on several occasions. Had to contact owner multiple times to resolve. Owner very kind and responsive. Quality of windows and garage doors seem very good almost a year later. Silicone for windows is too thick and cannot be painted over. Installation teams very kind and professional. Left the work areas very clean! You will need to ask for warranties and product information as they tend to throw this information out when unpacked. We hope if issues arise that warranties will be honored. More text

My experience with Window World was ideal from beginning to end. Lance was a professional salesman. He wasnt pushy. He listened to what I needed, he explained my options and I made my choice of windows to install. When the appointment was made to start the install, they were able to come the next day to start. Justin (...installer) called before he come, and was on time both days, he was respectful, worked hard and cleaned up after it was completed. I am completely happy with the entire process and I plan to contact them for my next project. More text
