I had called Morales Roofing for a quote to do some repairs. Delmar was very prompt to our scheduled meeting. He was very polite and took his time with us. He explained everything that was wrong, took plenty of pictures and basically told us what was required to repair our roof issues. He said he'd get us our estim...ate by the next day. It's been several times he's promised our estimate and my last text to him went unanswered. That's my reason for a 3 star. Their reviews are very good, I just don't understand why no response and no estimate. I'm certain they'd take pride in their work. I guess I'll never know. UPDATE: Just a misunderstanding on delayed response to me. They reached out and even returned to go over everything again. I've upped their rating to 4 for their responses.
