Great company and people. Bought 2 new garage doors in September 2018, had a issue today with a photo eye. Called the shop at 10:45 a.m. and was able to have a technician come out today and take care of the problem. That's what I call service! Was attempting to get information regarding getting a garage door fixed. Woman that I spoke to was extremely rude and belittling. She did not take the time to try to understand what I was asking her. When I told her that I would have my husband call and speak with them to get better information (since she was not even ...giving me time to try to explain) she became condescending. Will definitely be finding another, more friendly, and less hostile place for our needs. More text

I like these guys. Joe was very helpful and patient with me as he explained my options based off of the information I provided him. Don then came to our home to help determine the correct doors/options for my needs. He wasn't pushy at all and a very nice guy. When the doors arrived they called to schedule the install. ...Bob showed up on time and ready to work. He did a really good job installing them. At first I was skeptical of one guy installing 2 large garage doors but it's second nature to him and I was impressed that one man could do it by themself. Overall, I feel that I was treated with respect and professionalism as well as charged a fair price for the products and service I received. I would recommend Don Johnson's Door Service to anyone needing replacement garage doors. They apparently repair them as well but I did not have that service performed. I am also pleased with the quality of the doors I chose and they perform exactly as Joe said they would. I am pleased with the install and all the interactions with them. They do good work and I would recommend them to anyone including friends or family. More text
