This store has excellent service and advice. The store manager John and his staff have always went above and beyond. They helped me recently get a special order part for my a/c system.

If I could I'd give this place no stars. When there today for a radiator cap that's priced at 11.99 and the guy named David T charged me for two. The whole time we was dealing with him he acted as if he didn't know what was going on. had to till him more then once what it was I was needing. I Will Not return there.

I had purchased a package of pinstripe peel and a set of Silvainia and wanted to exchange them for a different color. The main associate at the desk gave me a very black and white answer that was of course"no"and that I wouldn't be able to return or exchange my items unless I had the reciept or the phone number in a ve...ry snippety tone. Great people and helpful staff. If I buy the wrong part or there is something wrong, just bring it back and they make it right. They are always helpful and if you need help installing wiper blades they will come out and do it for you. No complaints - 5 stars.

I've never had any issues with the store or it's staff, but I'm not really a car guy that can assess their knowledge. That is why it is only 4 stars. Everything they have told/sold me has worked out to my expectations.

The service provided at this location was excellent! I went in to get a battery after being sent to other stores cause the stores prior did not have the battery I needed. The three guys in there went above and beyond making sure they got the right battery, testing everything and installing it. My wife’s battery in her Nissan needed to be changed, so we decided to go to this Advance location; all the staff members were very friendly and the store was very clean. After purchasing the battery an employee installed it for us, I don’t recall his name but he was young and had short curly hair.
