Andrew at the Bristol location was TERRIFIC! A few days ago, we called to ask some questions about the hotspot device. He suggested that we visit and have a look. He was greeting us at the door, once he had seen the Orbi box underneath my arm, we were able to get started. When we got back, there were some technical iss...ues. Believe me, it wasn't his fault. So, we returned and he went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He did this with great patience and an interest in the subject. Andrew moved effortlessly between us and another customer. He has extensive knowledge about AT&T products and even set me up for the AT&T television, which I am super excited about. This is hands down the best experience I've had with AT&T, even though I've been a customer for quite some time. The staff was excellent, although I don't know his name, but he was a big guy who helped me pick a mount for my phone. Very happy with the purchase and excellent service!

Cell phone stores have never been a success for us. We were able to get help from AT&T until that moment! Brandon was amazing! We had many questions and Brandon was always available to help. We were able to get set up with new phones and the porting process was very fast. We are so happy that we made the switch.

Friendly Clean did not have the phone I needed in Stock so he ordered it. The email I received last night said 8pm on the fourth day. This is not what I was told. Friendly Clean was an hour and a half away. I would have gone somewhere else.

It was the best experience ever! We were greeted by our rep immediately and sat down. He went above and beyond for us! While our rep transferred our numbers, the store manager assisted us in setting up our accessories. Excellent service, fast and fun! We loved all the accessories and products we purchased and the assis...tance in choosing them! Amazing team! Alex C. was great to work with. He assisted me in moving several lines from an AT&T Prepaid plan to a Post paid plan. Although it took him 2+ hours to complete, he was able to quickly and efficiently set everything up. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Daryl was amazing. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He assisted us in transferring from Verizon, and saved us tons of money. Anyone who is interested in him should ask.
