Andrew at the Bristol location was TERRIFIC! A few days ago, we called to ask some questions about the hotspot device. He suggested that we visit and have a look. He was greeting us at the door, once he had seen the Orbi box underneath my arm, we were able to get started. When we got back, there were some technical iss...ues. Believe me, it wasn't his fault. So, we returned and he went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He did this with great patience and an interest in the subject.
Andrew moved effortlessly between us and another customer. He has extensive knowledge about AT&T products and even set me up for the AT&T television, which I am super excited about.
This is hands down the best experience I've had with AT&T, even though I've been a customer for quite some time. We are so grateful for your time and would be honored to recognize Andrew's outstanding efforts.
