After only a few months, I had cracked the screen of my phone. Two local companies were able to provide me with quotes. I received a quote for 200-300 dollars. CPR Repair repair was recommended to me by Rachel, the manager. She was very friendly and helpful. I was quoted 89 dollars for my cracked screen, which is almos...t half the price of any other repair shop. I will definitely return to this place if I have any problems with my phone. CPR saved me thousands. CPR was able to repair and completely upgrade my laptop, making it even more valuable than new. BestBuy recommended them to me and I am grateful! We are so grateful!

My 12-year-old son was visiting Johnson City from out of state and his phone screen cracked while we were there. The phone also started restarting every 10-15 minutes. After being quoted a cost to repair the screen, we left our phone. They informed us that they had replaced the screen but it didn't solve the problem of... the phone not restarting when we returned to collect it. They informed us that they could repair it, but that it would be more expensive than buying an upgraded model of the phone. They didn't charge us anything for the work they did. They were outstanding and I would highly recommend them to others. More text

I give them a five star rating. Although I have not yet received my device, they are a wonderful group of people. Engaging with customers. Asking and answering customer questions. For any type of repair, they should be higher up on the people's charts. My #1 choice. We will be back soon with new devices! EDIT!! ! Befor...e I bought it, PS4 ran like a jet engine. It was overheating so often. It is so quiet now and plays my games much more smoothly. Thank you CPR! More text

My Galaxy S10+ screen was cracked. CPR was notified and I was scheduled. I dropped the phone at the time scheduled and picked it up two hours later. Professional service from qualified personnel. The cost was comparable to highly-qualified repair services but $30 cheaper than the one that I called closer to me. Not all... phones are the same. Do not rely on the low prices that customers post in comments or reviews. Before you decide on a repair company, get a quote. CPR is a great choice. More text

Lady was friendly. The work was completed on time. The reason I only gave 3 stars is that I was told that the cost of replacing the battery would be $70. The price of the phone was $109 when I went to pick it up. It felt like there had been a little bit of a switch, but I was still able to walk away with my phone. Make... sure you get your quote in writing. Edit: I went to view my original work order and saw that the price indicated on the tentative receipt was the amount I was charged. I have increased my rating to 4 stars. They did exactly what they promised. They only charged me a higher price than what I was told. I didn't challenge them and did not look closely enough at the work order to confirm that the quoted price was correct. More text

His boyfriend dropped his laptop, and it wouldn’t turn on again. The screen turned black when he finally managed to get it back on. It had a small crack in it, so we brought it in. We were helped by an associate who was friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave us a quote to replace the screen. I had a great experience dealing with this person. She was very knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. She was able answer all my questions. Service was quick and fair. This location is highly recommended for phone and computer repairs.

My Acer Aspire laptop was accidentally dropped. I found them on Google and brought it in. Chris looked at it and suggested a replacement screen. He ordered one, and it was done in less than a week. It is amazing!
