As a generalization of my feelings, I give this rating 3 out 5 After dropping my Pixel 3 XL, I brought it in to have the screen repaired. The customer service was excellent. The problem is that they couldn't repair my phone. It was very difficult to repair the phone the first time around. The pressure sensor, brightnes...s, proximity and other sensors were all defective. It was also damaged and let dust into its front-facing camera, making it almost unusable. They tried several times to fix it, which is to their credit. Each attempt was made at their expense. They even offered to ship the device from New Jersey to their repair location and then return to my home in New Jersey. But I decided not to accept this offer. This is a great option for those who need to repair a phone that's not functioning properly. As I mentioned, the customer service is outstanding. If you require your phone to be in a new factory state, you can go to the factory-approved repair locations. More text

The worst service, even screen replacement, was received here. I had my screen replaced and discovered that the back of my phone had a small hole. I returned the next day and asked him to fix the problem. He said that the problem was caused by the battery being too big and needed to be replaced. They get zero stars if ...this place gets a star rating of -5 to 5. We are not telling the truth, and this place is a victim of its victims. Goodluck More text

I have been to this location twice, once for a screen replacement and once for my back glass. Fast, friendly service and a great price within a 25-mile radius. There is no markup if they order parts for your product. Amazon can be a great place to buy items cheaply and make it yourself. However, if you don’t know what ...you’re doing or have the right tools, this is your best option. More text

My screen was cracked on a 3-month-old phone. I had no other problems with the phone. I was able to play music again after I received my phone back. However, the rattling made it difficult for me to understand the lyrics. (My speaker didn't rattle before). I will have my speaker replaced by a more experienced person. I... wouldn't recommend. My phone broke several times, and I had to have it fixed multiple times because I was so clumsy. They are amazing!

It was fast, efficient, and cheaper than the rest! He even removed the sand from my phone's crevices. It's so beautiful, thank you!

On May 14th, I just left the store. Three months ago, the phone screen had been cracked. I took it to the Pinnacle. To have the screen replaced, I paid 200 dollars. The screen in the top right corner of the phone was not properly installed so you had to apply pressure to it. This caused the screen to crack further. Tod...ay I returned my phone to the store. The Hateful Manager, who hates work, said that the work they do is not warranted. He continues to be rude and hateful. They will do what is necessary to fix the problem, but they won't do anything if it wasn't their fault. This manager, who has been with us for many years, is extremely kind and respectful. He should either stay home or get a job at home. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is the first time I've ever written a review of a store. I will contact the store owner. Manager says no. My manager lied to me. More text

The customer service and price were fine. However, they installed a fake phone screen on my iPhone 12 which was not of genuine quality. Also, the quality and durability was poor. The corner had already been cracked when the screen was returned to me

My phone screen was cracked and I called My Phone Repair. My phone was fixed in an hour after I dropped it off. They immediately ordered a replacement screen for me. They are amazing! !

Chris was the absolute best. He knew exactly what I needed and took much less time than he expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great prices great service, you cant beat it. NEW SCREENS IN UNDER AN HOUR!!!! !
