I hired BDM to do a replacement of am EPDM portion of my roof. I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism of the work performed. They were always prompt to return my calls and Michael was very informative to answer my questions. The project manager Jared was a pleasure to work with. He let me know when we would ...begin the work and was present until the end to ensure everything was to beyond my satisfaction. Jesse and Joey were superstars as they did the work. They informed me of the different steps of the process and made some alterations to ensure that my roof would perform even better that when they started. I have another roof coming in the near future that will need to be replaced and I would not call any other company to work on my home. I highly recommend them to anyone. Even in this busy season, the wait is well worth it. You certainly get a quality job for the price you pay. Great job BDM. More text

We have an ongoing battle for 15 years with a roof leak. We had tried to have it fixed for the first two years to no avail. 13 years ago, we had a new roof put on but it did not fix the leak entirely. One year ago it got worse and we tried to have it repaired. It did not work and we found out that our 30 year GAF shing...les were not holding up to their 30 year guarantee. I’m not reviewing GAF shingles in this post so I’ll be brief. DON’T USE GAF SHINGLES! At that time we contacted BDM Construction not only to get a new roof but we explained the ongoing leak situation. Not only did they install the roof quickly, neatly and professionally, for the first time in 15 years we are leak free. Thanks BDM! More text

My husband and I hired BDM Construction to do a complete overhaul of the exterior of our home. We had the roof, siding, guttering and window metal wrap completely replaced. We went from a metal roof to a shingle roof. Additionally, we had our covered porch screened and replaced all of the exterior doors on our house.... Michael (owner of BDM Construction) came out to our property and gave us an initial quote for the project in a very timely manner. He was extremely knowledgable and instantly made my husband and I feel at ease. After obtaining quotes from multiple contractors we decided to go with BDM Construction and are so glad that we did. Michael's quote was fair and comparable to other contractors but his knowledge and professionalism was beyond measure. For us, selecting BDM Construction was an easy choice! Throughout the project Michael worked within our budget and within his initial quote and our final results are more than we could ever have hoped for. While renovations are not for the faint of heart, Michael and his entire crew take their time and they do the job right! Every detail on the exterior of our home was completed by Michael's crew with thought and care. Our home was built in the late 1940s and presented many design challenges which Michael and his crew met with creativity. My husband and I know that we will enjoy our home for many many years to come! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Michael's crew. They arrive at the job site in a timely manner and clean up as they go. They are all very polite and knowledgeable and take the time to do the job correctly. They were always willing to answer any questions that we had as the project went along. Amanda, Michael's project manager, was accessible and responsive if we had questions or needed information. The before and after pictures of our property should say all you need to know about BDM Construction's craftsmanship and work quality! Hired BDM to repair vinyl siding damage, porch deck damage, and new section of guttering. Enjoyed working with them. Very professional and responsive in every aspect, from getting an estimate, scheduling, and doing the work. Will definitely hire them again for work in the future.

Had someone come to my house fairly quickly for an estimate. However never received the official estimate via email nor any follow-up call. Ended up signing with another company. I understand everyone is busy right now however I would have thought they would want to at least put in their bid for a $15,000 project?

BDM is great to work with. I’ve been considering building a new construction home. Michael and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. The communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

All I can say is wow! The roof looks amazing and the crew were amazing. Hardest workers I've seen in a while and Dusty Wallen was really nice and answered all of our questions and brought our paperwork back exactly when he said he would. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Clear, concise, and great communication. Had a project manager in contact with me at all times and what he said is what happened. As potential scope creep came up, he would contact me before doing it, and had me a quote and digital contract in place within minutes for the extra work. Hoping they do more than just roofi...ng because they’re the best I’ve found in the area so far and would love to call on them again in the future. More text

BDM was the first company I contacted to get an estimate on a new roof installed. From their first visit on I felt in good hands and was not even comparing any other company. They did not disappoint. The day of service was done by a professional crew. The owner came by several times to make sure all is fine.
