Highly unprofessional situation from the office attendant named Keeley. Called to speak with a Mike who was sending me texts about a car. I’m assuming my number was saved on their end from when I called previous to let them know the vehicle they were writing me about originally was my deceased mother in laws that we do...n’t have. From there I have gotten texts from what I assumed was mike and decided I had a vehicle that I could let go of that maybe they would be interested in so I wanted to call and speak to Mike. What I got was Keeley who when I asked to speak to Mike got offensive and rude. I will not recommended this business to anyone who will allow their office staff to continue to text a customer and wanting to have “a woman to woman”conversation about her ability to help me, when she thinks the issue was that she is a woman and not a man? Her gender was not the issue here it is was her blatant disrespect and attitude in regards to the call. I am just absolutely shocked about how she is allowed to text customers this way! I can show pictures to the appropriate people of her conversation if needed. More text

If i could put something worse than ‘doesn’t recommend i would’. Received a hand written letter from ‘Mike’ stating that ‘he had someone needing a car just like mine (the letter had the year and make of my vehicle, my name, and address) and they would pay $8,000 over kelly blue book value. So, I came to the business to... inquire to about the said letter. When I got there I spoke to a older gentleman, he asked for my information about the vehicle, then went to inspect the car, seen that it was a high mileage vehicle and came back to tell me ‘they would not want to buy my car because of the mileage’ then proceeded to offer me $50 for my car. I felt like i wasn’t welcome because I am a female and the stereotype of a female not knowing anything about vehicles was very well shown, that they could talk to and down you any way they feel because of my gender. KBB value for trade in with my mileage is $5,000 in the worst condition available to choose. I would not go to this dealer it seems as if they have no care for the community. All they care about is making a profit and not taking in consideration the buyer. I would post a picture of the said letter but the salesman would not let me have the letter back. More text

Very displeased with the interactions concerning costs. I was at the for store two hours and would not tell me the cost of the vehicle. On the bright side, salesman was pleasant to speak with while looking at vehicles.

My mom got a flyer in the mail saying we had won 500 so she called to confirm we would get the money before we made almost the 40 minute trip there to get it. when we got there we got told the letter was misleading and they we should’ve read the fine print (which we did and it didn’t say anything like that) and got sen...t home with some 5 dollar headphones. this place doesn’t even deserve the one star. very unfriendly and unprofessional after they had lied to us on the phone. My experience at Bristol Chevrolet was good. I had an oil change and tire rotation and It only took about an hour. It was a free oil change and tire rotation and they were real curious and helpful.

Anna and Farrah were the best salespersons I have ever worked with. Highly recommend. I will never go to another dealership! I love my 2021 Nissan Frontier!

I live all most 2 hours away from the dealership and I had told them this. I told them what I owed on my vehicle and that I had just bought it a couple of weeks before and owed quite a bit on it. The sales manager calls me and says to come on down anyways and that he would fill up my car with gas for the trip if they c...ouldn’t help me once I got there. I get there they appraised my vehicle and as I already knew they couldn’t give me what I would need out of it to trade with me. Then the sales manager proceeded to give me a 25$ gas voucher that I will have to fill out and send in…. Mind you with the price of gas right now it costs me over 100$ to fill it up. I will never attempt to do business with them again. More text

Hands down worst place to buy a car... tried to buy a jeep rubicon and was willing to give 20,000 dollars down but they refused to deal with me because I didn't want to finance in house... I even asked when I called ahead if they were willing to deal with my bank and they told me yes and come on in... only after they r...an my credit did they say they didn't want the 20k down and couldn't finance with my bank... bought several cars there when it was bill gator and never had a problem till new ownership took over... so I wouldn't recommend anyone try to deal with these people, several other good dealerships in this area!! Excellent experience at this place. I had fog lights installed on a Custom Trail Boss and it looks awesome! Savanah, Charlie, Erica, Jeff and everyone there were professional, respectful, kind and great to deal with! Highly recommend!

I received a notice on my dashboard telling me there was a problem with stabilitrack. The notice advised me to have my Chevrolet Cruze inspected. So I took my car to have it inspected. The crew at the check-in worked with me. They were a great help. The maintenance worker was through. He found no problem. The service o...f all was speedy and excellent. More text

I called to see how much an oil change was before I went, gentleman that answered my call didn’t know the price, put me on hold and still couldn’t tell me. I took my car in anyway, then while checking in at Service Department I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated…. I quickly responded with “you can’t rotate tires on... a Corvette “. The only good thing about this whole ordeal was a short wait. I won’t be back, I feel like the Service employees need additional training to service the dealerships customers More text
