Best Door Service in the Tri-Cities area! I called several with good reviews, but I am So glad I called Don Johnson's Door Service. The lady on the phone, was extremely knowledgeable and stayed on the phone & had me try a few things first, to make sure my Chamberlain Garage Door Opener was in need of repair. I had call...ed a couple others with good reviews and the people answering phones knew nothing about my issue, and also could not quote me even a ballpark estimate to repair/replace my Garage Door Opener, it was just " well it costs this much for a service visit and our techs have parts on their trucks". Don Johnson's, not only had very knowledgeable lady answering the phone, she also gave me possible scenarios and cost estimate. Their service call fee was less than others as well, just to come out. I knew after talking to her I wanted to hire them. So Danny came out, and found I needed a new Logic board/circuit board and he replaced it quickly, and also gave me an extra remote, free of charge. Then he was kind enough to also change out the light bulbs for me, while he was on his ladder. I could not be More Pleased with the Excellence in all aspects of of dealing with this Very Professional, and very reasonable prices of this company. I will use them in the future for all my door needs. Do urself a favor and call this company, even if u call others first, you will be so pleased with Don Johnson's Door Service! A+ More text

I would give Don Johnson’s Door Service more stars if I could. They have installed and repaired my garage doors for many years and they have been prompt and professional without fail. Their rates are so reasonable and their work is always perfect. I can’t thank them enough.

Just really nice folks, a good company. Friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and dependable. We’ve used them for replacement garage doors, a new opener on the door that was previously only manual, always prompt on the few service calls we’ve had over the years.Today the technician came out to install a whole new ope...ner which is what I thought we needed, and had the unit on his truck. He checked it out and said he could easily fix the problem we had with the original unit’s design (not their product BTW, it was installed when the house was built) which saved us hundreds of dollars. Could have just come out and done the install, but instead solved the problem in 15 minutes and waaayyy less $. That’s integrity. Loyal for life now. More text

I’ve use Don Johnson on several occasions. They are prompt, professional, reasonable and they’ve even helped me troubleshoot minor issues on the phone. They will continue to get my business!
