Upon arrival with a scheduled appointment we get greeted by Uncle Buck (Strange, but whatever) to test drive a new Pathfinder. Beautiful vehicle that my wife had her heart set on. These guys should have a easy sale. First look at sticker price is what was advertised, but an additional dealer sticker adds $3995. No expl...anation from Buck except we get free access to an app. He cannot justify the additional charge. I suggest it's a market price adjustment and he agrees. Test drive went well. I'd rather not take a salesman along, but some dealers require it. Very nice vehicle and what we want except for 3rd seat. We spend another hour with trade valuation and credit information and tell Buck we will go for lunch and wait for a phone call with some numbers. Sales manager steps in and gives the usual pressure to sit for a "minute" and we can get some figures. Been there, done that. We go to lunch then to another dealership to continue shopping while waiting 3 hours for the numbers. Long enough we decide, and buy a different vehicle from a dealership without games and gimmicks. I haven’t had a car payment since 2014 because I have been waiting to find my dream vehicle- a white Jeep Wrangler 6 speed soft top. zack was my salesman and he was very friendly, helpful, and caring. we had a moment where i wasn’t able to be approved and he kept trying and trying and then i was finally approved. him and his team are amazing people! wouldn’t wanna go any place else for a car!

I went to Dutch Miller to look at a completely different car that I ended up buying. But when I told Monica what kind aid car that I wanted and I thought it was too much for me to afford, her and the owner worked so hard on to get me down to a price that I could afford. They helped me to get the car I wanted at a decen...t price! Great service, great environment, and Monica was an absolute blessing! More text

Brian Eaton was my salesman and he was great to work with. Fast responses and really outgoing. He made the process painless and easy. They were also able to workout a solid price for me and my family. I left the lot and when I was heading to the gym I noticed one of the fog lights were out and they’re fixing it for me!... I bought my truck from the previous dealer at this location. My truck recently had engine light come on. Took truck to them and received call from surprisingly fast and which they tell me I had water in fuel. What is surprising is this vehicle has sensors that tell you this. It never told me this as it has in the past.... This had me concerned and thinking this was nothing more than a attempt to charge me. I told them I would pick up truck and change filters myself as I have in the past. At this point was giving the line of voiding my warranty if I drove it with water in fuel. So I allowed them to change two filters at almost $400. Well 5 days later and have not driven truck at all….light is back on. I now believe that it was nothing more than a way to relieve me of my $400 and never was issue as sensors did not detect it. I will be taking truck to Johnson city Nissan this week. So beware as it appears now to me. This dealer is concerned with money they can charge….even when STILL under warranty Update .7/16/22 So my truck now has this now and I feel was problem prior to taking to Dutch Miller Nissan. It’s obviously a issue with Turbo and exhaust system. So I limped it to another dealer when this should have been corrected first time. Also was informed that Dutch Miller likely does not have Nissan certified diesel mechanic. Which would prevent them from doing warranty to work. Regardless…never again More text
