Greg's shop was recommended to me by a friend. I found out that my BMW's coolant had leaked. After doing extensive research and getting several estimates, I decided to go with this shop. Both the customer service and operational support were excellent. They repaired my car in less than 24 hours and added some extra fea...tures "just for me to be happy". These people are trustworthy. Yelp reviews suggest that you should speak to Greg's head guys. It could be true. I know this because I've done it three times. They were always polite and courteous every time. Although the parts seemed expensive, I was able to find the best price and decent quality online. Last time I we...nt in for catalytic converter and exhaust. The radio turns on when I get into the car. It had failed 10 years ago (I have 2001 Camry), and I had to replace the fuse. They not only fixed it free of charge, but they didn't even mention anything. They are definitely recommended! More text

Greg and Leo are wonderful. I have used Leo and Greg to repair two of my vehicles over the years. They have never disappointed me. I have never felt cheated, contrary to some reviews. Greg, the service manager and Leo are trustworthy and friendly and will complete your job quickly. They have been servicing my cars since 2009, and I couldn't be happier with their service and prices. They are great and truly care about their customers. Greg gave me a bottle wine and did some work around Christmas. Eve...n if you have an estimate from another shop, I highly recommend calling them. You won't regret giving them a shot. More text

Gregs was amazing! It was easy to fit the shop into my schedule. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very open about the issues. They sent me a video showing the problem and then called me to discuss the cost of repair. They were near my house so I chose them and will return for their service.

A mechanic who is honest is difficult to find. Greg's Automotive Service is close by. Greg and his team provide exceptional service. They will always provide you with a quote before they charge and are very transparent about everything they do. I don't know much about cars so it was crucial for me to find a mechanic wh...o would help me understand the car and not take advantage. They are often willing to go above and beyond for their customers. My car failed inspection last time so I brought it in. They repaired everything, and surprised me, they even took it in to pass inspection for me. Greg is just that kind of guy. The team called me at the end 2021 asking me to stop by. Although I was concerned about the car's condition, they wanted to give me a complimentary bottle of wine as a thank you for their business. I would give them six to seven stars. Negative reviews are not to be taken seriously. This is the best service you'll find in Alexandria, I can guarantee it! More text
