If you are in need of roof or gutter repair, I highly recommend that you consider using Loudoun Roofing and Home Improvement. I received four assessments for my roof and gutter repairs and Loudoun Roofing priovided with me with the most thorough assessment of what needed to be repaired at a very reasonable cost. The sa...me professionalism exibited during the assessment carried through when the work was performed. Estaban and his colleague Herbert were prompt, courteous, and professional and went the extra yard to ensure I was happy with the work. Like the inital assessment, Estaban showed me photos of all the places work was performed and left the work site immaculate. Nice to deal with folks who are professional and conscious of their work. Loudoun Roofing and Home Improvement repaired and replaced my leaking roof recently, and I could not be happier with this company. I spoke to three companies, one did not even inspect the attic (which is important with a leaking roof). Loudoun Roofing not only spent 30 minutes in the attic but provided photos of the da...mage from the attic and on top of the roof. That is when I knew that this was the company I wanted to work with. They gave me a start date, and completed the job in a timely manner, and sent me photos of the rotting wood under the shingles and the completed roof, which looked great. They are coming back to repair the inside drywall damage from the leak. I plan on working with them on other home improvement project in the next few months. LRHI is hands down the best contractor in Loudoun County. Keylah is super responsive regarding logistics and appointments and Esteban flat out a genius craftsman. Be it repairing drainage gutters, replacing a roof, or finishing a basement, there is no job too big or too small for them. Inside the house or outside. ...LRHI is always my first call when I need help. And honestly, it’s my last call too! Because I have no desire to try out anyone else! Estevan took lots of time and photos to come up with an improved design for the gutters. An increase in size/capacity as well as repositioning solved the overflow problem in several areas. He and his crew reworked a downspout with underground drain pipe that extended across the yard. I expected to have to reseed the ar...ea but the way they dug and replaced the turf, it's impossible to tell where the trench is. The materials are high quality and very sturdy. Their work area was meticulously cleaned up at the end of the project. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. More text

Loudoun Roofing fixed a leaking skylight above a basement alcove that several other contractors would not touch because it was an usual and difficult job. They fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Their workmanship was neat and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Our chimney flue fell off of our roof during a storm and caused a lot of damage inside our house. It was a mess and very stressful. I called Loudoun Roofing and they came out right away to fix the issue. Their prices are very reasonable, they are very efficient and take the time to explain everything to you. Loudoun Roofing was so professional. Not only did they take pictures before of any damages but during their work and after completion. It was a true pleasure working with them. It's great to see a small business owned company work with such pride and professionalism. Also, they cleaned up so much after themselves..., you never knew they were here. The Loudoun Roofing team is awesome. We’ve used them to install an attic fan, install ceiling fans and lights, update wiring. They’re most impressive was moving our laundry room to the upstairs guest bedroom closet. This included moving water lines, electrical work, flooring, and moving walls and doors. Yesterday staff from Loudon Roofing repaired and cleaned the gutters on my house. This is the second time I've had them do work. The first time they replaced sections of the roof that had been improperly installed and had taken on so much water that the rafters were so moldy they looked as though the had been burned.... The Loudon staff took care of that and the roof is now in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company. More text

I contacted Loudoun Roofing at approximately 3:11PM and spoke to Keylah concerning my roof ridge which had a 2 to 3 foot section blown up about 20 degrees off the roof. Keylah said that she would have someone come out in about an hour and a half to two hours. Esteban arrived and completed repairs by 5:45PM. Both Keylah... and Esteban were very knowledgeable and professional. The estimate was accurate and the response time was incredible. Loudoun Roofing is now my go to roofing company. Absolutely loved working with Esteban, Kayla, and the crew in our roof replacement / repair. They were delightful, communicative, and went above and beyond expectations. Very responsive and quick to schedule us in their work calendar. Very appreciative of all the photos they took during the process to keep us informed ...of how work was proceeding!
