A Plus Roofing is phenomenal !! I researched and received pricing from several companies in the Richmond Area. A Plus Roofing stood apart from the rest. First, they sent out Michael, he took measurements, then provided me information about the company, showed me their licenses, work, and three options to choose from ...in shingle types with great warranties. He provided me with a quote, samples and left. He knew I was still doing my research to make a decision on a company. A Plus Roofing was in the same price range as other companies, but the warranty behind their work and the products they used sold me. Plus their company has been in business many many years. Once I had decided on A Plus Roofing, Michael made a couple of trips, dropping off color samples for me to choose from. When it came time to install, their installers were here first thing in the morning, worked til the sun went down and finished the next morning, on time, on schedule. We are very pleased with our new roof and the timely fashion the work was completed. Howard was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and his crew very professional and hard working. They also did a great job removing all the debris around the house. Would highly recommend.

This was our second time using A Plus for a roofing job. When our old house had hail damaged they did the replacement roof and repaired siding damage. We were very happy with the work and service then and decided to get a quote from them for our new house.. After getting quotes from several local businesses we went wi...th A Plus. Our representative Alex Brock was professional, friendly, honest and organized. We had an excellent selection of roofing color options and after narrowing it down Alex gave us some addresses to drive by to see our top three color choices in person - that was so helpful! He was with us every step of the way and his communication skills are fantastic. The crews that did the installation were friendly, efficient and professional and everything was finished quickly and cleaned up really well. From the very start of the process, A Plus Roofing was a delight to work with. Alex was the salesperson, was very positive and well-presented, delivered the quote after having the roof inspected, and continued to routinely, but professionally check in as to my interest in moving forward, then very communicative during... the roof installation, and provided very good follow up. Despite contacting him during off-hours, he never appeared imposed upon, and maintained a fantastic, helpful attitude. As to the quality of work, the crew covered all bushes, and performed a very methodical and thorough new roof installation, including plywood replacement. The new roof looks very nice. I would without hesitation recommend both the company's work and the professional and personal approach of Alex Brock. More text

We had a great experience with A Plus Roofing. Their services are very reasonably priced, they did quick but quality work and were never pushy about adding on "extras." We were so pleased with the roof replacement we had them come back to replace our gutters as well. Their communication and customer service is fantasti...c. Billy was our main point of contact and he was friendly, very responsive, and professional. If we move and need a new roof, we'll be calling A Plus Roofing again. More text
