The team of Fabian, Tony and Steve could not have been a better group to do this work. Arriving early on a really hot day in July, they put in a ventilation system in our attic. These 3 guys were respectful, professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and explained before and after what they were going to do... and then showed us with a really cool photo presentation on a tablet. After their work, without being asked and for no extra costs, they cleaned up the roof from sticks and blew away debris from the gutter guards which Kanga Roof had also installed last year for us. We are very pleased with their work ethic and communication skills, along with the knowledge of their specific work. You should call them! More text

I had repair work done on my roof recently. I contacted several roofing companies. They either didn't return my calls or came out and said they could not do the work. I called Kanga Roof and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who arranged to have have someone come out and look at my roof. Tony came out and thoroughly... checked my roof and came up with a plan to correct the problem. Two weeks later the crew from Kanga (Nick, Fabian, Monte and Ted) came out and completed the work that day. Nick explained the entire process and even documented it with photos which he emailed to me. Nick and the crew were very polite and professional. Monte, Greg and David’s crew did a phenomenal job with our new roof. They were prompt, communicative and very professional. Out of all of the roof contractors I met with, Kangaroof was the only one to actually go on the roof, go into my attic and inspected it all (Steve did all of that). Then once we sign our paperwork... Monte, Greg and the rest of the group took over. I never questioned what the process was. They even went as far as to come back a few days later to fix something that had been damaged on accident. I am in need of a new roof and called 3 companies to obtain estimates. Amy from Kanga Roof was the first (and only) company to return my call. Amy is exuberant, enthusiastic, nice, caring, knowledgeable, professional and an overall awesome person. She's the type of person you'd want for a best friend! She said Greg... would be out that same afternoon. He called before heading over. Greg is also awesome! He immediately put my mind & nerves at ease. I thought I might need new siding as well, but Greg said it just needs to be repainted in a few places, so I was extremely impressed with his honesty. They don't sell you something if you don't need it. He explained everything in great detail, answered all of my questions, showed me samples of roofing, shingles, etc. He got on the roof, took pictures and measurements. He provided me with copies of Kanga's business insurance, licensing information, told me all about Kanga Roof, their warranty/guarantee, etc. He assured me that the yard and premises would be thoroughly protected and cleaned up. A supervisor will be on site during the entire job. He explained another person from Kanga would be out the next day to double-check Greg's measurements and take more pictures of the entire property to see what needs to be protected, etc. The job will then be scheduled and completed in one day. My complete satisfaction is guaranteed. The price quoted was extremely fair. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner, as well. Between Greg and Amy, I was immediately put at ease. They are extremely customer oriented and make you feel like family. This is truly an exceptional company. I will post an update with pictures once the roof is replaced. Did excellent job fixing whole area surrounding my bedroom double window and several feet on both sides of it to repair leaks that was entering into my home. For all practical purposes, they actually rebuilt the whole area surrounding the window, and extending outward in both directions. They were friendly, helpful, ...& Monty was good humored, very patient, & attentively addressed all my questions & concerns regarding the repairs being done. Steve came out to initially inspect & determine what needed to be done & sent me "before" photos. Monty sent me "after " photos. What an amazing difference! Kanga Roof is also going to be doing siding work, including repairs & replacement on my home. I'm very satisfied with their work. As a result, I feel confident in highly recommending them to anyone looking for a prompt, friendly, reliable, attentive, professional, & efficient roofing, siding, & many other services company. Obviously, I'm very glad I chose them to deal with the numerous issues plaguing the exterior of my home. Kanga just completed my new roof installation and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and professionalism has to be one of the best in the industry. They were extremely thorough and walked you through every bit of their process from beginning to end and made sure you understood exactly what you were getting.... Monte and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work with rain looming in the forecast. Greg made sure the entire exterior was protected, not only doors and windows but also all the flower beds, plants, and shrubs prior to removing the existing roof. Greg and Monte provided me with updates throughout the day, along with photos of their progress, and made sure that everything written into the contract was addressed as discussed and didn’t hesitate to bring issues they discovered to my immediate attention. Monte was also more than willing to accommodate an additional request of mine that was not part of the original contract. Greg made sure the job site was left exactly as they found it. They did a great job and treated my home as if it were their own. More text

Kanga Roof did an EXCELLENT JOB installing our new roof, 6 new skylights, all new facia, rakes & gutters. Ted managed the entire project and his brother, Gregg managed the roof & skylight installation. Their crew was fantastic! Polite, professional and quite the worker bees. All showed up on time everyday as soon a...s the sun was up. They did a beautiful job on the roof which is a unique design and is quite steep with several A-frames. It not only is a challenging roof, but also had 3 skylights to install on the steep side. The crew that installed the new facia & rakes also did a fabulous job as our metal trim has allot of detail. Gutters will be installed tomorrow & I'm sure they will also do a fabulous job. Both Ted & Gregg took care of every little concern I had as I am a very detailed oriented person & had multiple questions throughout the process. They were great! Very personable & fun to be around. Both could pass as twins although Gregg is a few years younger & claims to be the prettier of the two. However, Ted out shines Gregg in his ability to clean skylights. This was the most enjoyable contracting experience my husband & I have had in the 30 years we lived in our home. I would not hesitate in a moment to recommend this company. They were great from start to finish. Ted even stained the interior trim of my skylights to match my existing wood trim saving my husband & I from needing to do it after they were installed all in high vaulted areas. I could go on & on about how great they were, but I'm afraid I'll run out of space in this review. Bottom line is you can't go wrong with A. Brooks Construction, Inc./Kanga Roof. Just want to send a great BIG thank you to Greg and Fabian and their awesome crew on the roof install done today! It looks beautiful! We are so happy we chose Kanga Roof because we believe No one could do it better! The crew worked so hard and it was cold outside. From our initial phone call with Anna to our meeting wi...th Steve, the estimator, who stayed nearly 3 hours, the work ethics of the people we met was exceptional! Everyone was very polite and made us feel like we were their only customer. Steve was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of what needed to be done and he had pictures to show us! He explained in detail exactly how the process would work. Steve and Greg and Fabian were all extremely punctual, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough nice things about the men and our experience with each of them. I hope to do more business with them in the future and I would highly recommend Kanga Roof to anyone. This company went out of their way to provide the most amazing customer service through the entire experience. It was a big messy complicated roof job and they did a beautiful job. Communication was great and the supervisors went above and beyond. Fabian and Abe were extremely polite and helpful and communicative. I am... beyond satisfied with this amazing company. They truly care about customer service and the quality of their work was outstanding. Kanga just finished the replacement of our 30+ year old roof. From the initial phone call to completion the team displayed incredible professionalism. Kyle showed up and did the most thorough and accurate inspection I have ever seen. He went over the entire process, photos included, detailing absolutely everything t...hat would be done. Kyle and Abe even showed up a few days later to take a second look at one of the problem areas. They shot a video and explained exactly what the wanted to do. On the day of install the team showed up when they said the would and got to work right away. Kyle was there the entire day to provide progress updates and address any questions I had. He did not hesitate to address additional issues with me during the process. They cleaned up so well at the end you would have no idea that they were ever here. The roof is stunning. Kangaroof is a truly amazing company! From the moment Steve stopped over to give us a quote and talk with us to the final day of installation it was an amazing service! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Ted would give me a call each day just before starting or they needed to alert me to anything. We h...ad them redo our gutters, put up new siding, and sure up the back roof above the back door. Everything was done on time and cleaned up practically spotless! They even moved / cleaned things that they didn't need to! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or replacement for siding. We will most likely use them in the future when we need to replace the roof. More text
