They did everything that they said they would do. The supplier shipped the wrong windshield and we didn't catch it until we picked up the jeep. So they got another one shipped and they had to reinstall a second time, but they didn't upcharge me for anything. They ate the expense of the second install labor. They know w...hat they are doing and they make it right if there are any problems. That means something to me. More text

My husband was told to be at the dealership around 12pm and had to wait for the auto glass company to get there. Then at 1:45pm we were told they were on the way didn’t show up until about 3pm. Absolutely ridiculous to be waiting that long when the dealership is only 15-20 mins away from the location. Drove from an hou...r away to be waiting 3-4 hours on something that should have only taken about an hour-hour half. More text

When my windshield was cracked/chipped this week by concrete fragments which fell from an unmarked truck with no license plate (photo attached), I looked online for a repair shop nearby & called Bristol Auto Glass. The phone was answered promptly & after a couple questions, I was told to bring my car in at 4pm - about ...3 hours from the time I called. When I arrived, a tech came out immediately & confirmed that the repair could be done & also confirmed the price I was given on the phone. He pulled my car into the bay & had the repair completed in roughly 10 minutes. He brought the car out & asked if I could locate the spot he had repaired. I could not - it was flawless. I went into the office, paid & was on my way. The staff was very friendly & the service was great! I'd always rather give my money to local businesses & this one is definitely a gem!! I would highly recommend this business if you have any need for auto glass. More text

Bristol Auto glass went above and beyond. 13 Ford Fusion and Safelite wanted 479.00 plus an extra 50 if they came to me. I took it to Bristol Auto glass and they put my windshield in for 269.28. They cant be beat. Will definitely be the only place I go for any auto glass repair. And will be recommending to all family a...nd friends. Thanks again Bristol Auto Glass! More text

Great job done by pros for much less and support local businesses than safelite. Nice friendly staff and extremely helpful keep up the good work

I Do NOT recommend this business to anyone I would give a 0 ⭐️ if it would let me ! I tried 3 times to have my windshield replaced here . I took my vehicle there twice paid in full the first time , both times the windshield they put in was distorted with wavy glass the second go around they were suppose to order me o...ne from another company they rescheduled me a week later and waited until 5 mins from my appointment time to call and say they windshield they had received was once again distorted customers beware they order CHEAP glass . Ask for my money back and they are suppose to be mailing me a check guess I’ll wait and see how long that takes to get ... they should reimburse me fuel ⛽️ I made 3 trips a 30 min drive one way 3 times absolutely ridiculous terrible service I recommend anyone needing windshield repair to look elsewhere! I think they should be rated 5 stars because they are great! I've had my windshield broken twice in around a year and they got it replaced quickly and did an amazing job!

This is the best place and the cheapest to get your auto glass installed they were able to accommodate me at any time frame they got me in right away whereas Safelite and everybody else told me it was going to be weeks out and they could not get the glass not to mention it was double what Bristol Auto Glass charged me ...and it only took not even an hour and they had me ready to go thanks I will be using you for all of my glass in the future.... Back again thanks guys back glass looks as good as the front.. awesome customer service and prices More text
