Yes! Contracting gave us a new roof and gutters after a very large tree fell on our house. They were helpful with the insurance claim and worked with us to find a perfect solution. We love the job they did and are extremely happy with our new roof! Thank you Jim Strater!

Service was professional and friendly from the initial contact with Cliff. We had some material delays, thank you “Covid”! But Once everything was ready, the crew was friendly and did a very professional job with the installation. The clean up was also impressive. The process working with YES-Johnson City was perfect from start to finish. The roofers worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. Jeremy and Nicki were great to work with. Everything was cleaned up when they left and the roof looks great.

We called yesterday about a leak in our ceiling and got a really quick response! Jim was able to come out the next day (we weren't home the day of). He was super helpful, professional and very nice! We will definitely be calling back for any of our other needs!

Jim went above and beyond meeting my claims agent and providing a professional proposal. His crew was on-site and ready to start work promptly at 7:30am on the day promised and finished mid day next day. He came by later and addressed a couple of concerns I had. I can't yet speak for long term quality, but it looks... nice and has a quality warranty. More text

I worked with Jonathan for the installation of my new roof after some storm damage on Easter 2020. He was excellent! Very responsive, great communication throughout the entire process. Plus, top-notch, high quality work!

After reading some of the other reviews, I feel like I am "singing with the choir." Jim and YES Contracting did repair work on our roof. Both he and Alpha Roofing (acting under his direction) arrived on time, did the work on our roof and chimney quickly and well, left everything in order (except an accidentally broke...n shutter, which Jim replaced), and came in UNDER the bid price. Jim was a very easy to work with, and monitored the work consistently. Could not have ask for more. Would highly recommend Jim and YES Contracting, and to echo another review, if I have any other roofing needs I will be asking Jim to sort it. More text

Jim and crew did great work on renovating our home. He was easy to work with and open to ideas. I feel we saved a lot of time and money by benefiting from his experience in the planning stages. With any project there are snags and he negotiated them without getting flustered or trying to cut corners. My only regret in ...leaving a 5-star review is that he'll be discovered by the masses!
