Extremely professional, honest, and responsive. We needed an estimate and inspection for our slate roof, and could not have asked for a more thorough and timely response. Replaced a 1913 metal roof with a membrane. Crew was on time both days and a crew of 6 worked extremely hard and ensured that the roof was water proof before they left on day 1- & it was a long day! My neighbor commented several times that she thought that some material ..would be found on her property but was extremel...y surprised to find none. Cleanup was spotless. I am not anticipating any problems but I have all the confidence that they will be responsive and resolve any issues. More text

Hermitage Roofing far exceeded my expectations with their responsiveness. A home inspection revealed an area that required flashing to divert rain water. I received my estimate and the flashing was installed the very next day. The price was reasonable and I would use this company again.

Had an appointment set for them to repair a spot on our roof. Signed a contract 2 weeks in advance and took off work to make sure to be at the house when they got there. Waited until 1140 and called the business number to see what was going on. They then had a manager call me and he said they were running behind but wo...uld get to me that day. Needless to say they never came nor contacted me to let me know what happened or what was going on. Very unprofessional. More text

I would recommend this roofing company to anyone and everyone I know in need of a roof replacement. I called to get a quote and received the quote the very next day which was almost 1,000 less than the other quotes I received. This company came out and replaced my roof a few days later and I am very satisfied with the ...work and the fact they got it done when I needed it done by. Very professional and good work. I can not say enough good things about Hermitage Roofing. They replaced our roof approximately 3 years ago and were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We developed a strange leak during driving rain recently and it was difficult to locate where water was intruding. But Nick came out and within 2 minut...es had identified the problem. He was very clear in communicating and dependable as well. Patched it for the weekend and came right back out on Monday to fix the problem. No more leaking. I've never had to deal with a roof replacement and Billy Venhuizen was absolutely AWESOME to deal with. I never would have even thought to go through my homeowners and Billy went the extra mile. They were able to replace our very large roof in 2 days, and after cleared up the work site very, very carefully. Very thoughtful to work around the needs of our family, even coordinating with us for taking our dogs out and letting our little ones get play breaks in. The work crew could not have been nicer. Maybe ...not the cheapest option ever, but I don't think you'd find the quality and service they provide in many other companies. More text
