First experience with Pond was for an estimate for roof replacement. Their estimator Shanti Smith was the only one who didn't apply pressure or want an immediate commitment like the other company estimates I was getting. This made choosing Pond for my new roof an easy choice and the work was done great with thorough cl...ean up and I was left very satisfied. This week I had some storm damage from a large tree branch on my roof. I called Pond and once again had an appointment with Shanti Smith who provided the same honest and professional service. The damage was quickly resolved leaving me of course very happy. So with getting great service and results I highly recommend Pond Roofing and Shanti Smith! More text

Pond roofing provided me outstanding customer service. In my experience, the gold standard or top shelf customer service is very rare. Pond provides the best customer service I have experienced in many, many years. I would highly recommend them and strongly endorse their service.

Very happy with Pond Roofing’s work. Their estimate was reasonable, they were timely, and identified issues not roof related (gutter and siding) that they were able to repair. I would call them again for a roofing job.

Every aspect of my interactions with Pond Roofing was exceptional. They were the only roofing contractor who gave me a bid who actually went up on the roof to determine its condition. They stayed in touch between the time of signing a contract and actually doing the work. The team who did the work was professional, on ...time, and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Another Pond employee came by several days later, after wind and rain, to run a magnetic device around the house to pick up any additional stray nails that were exposed by the weather. Then they offered to come back a third time to do a walk around with me. They made it clear to me that they are available to help with any issues that might arise after the installation. Which there haven’t been, BTW. Pond Roofing charged more for the work than others who gave me quotes. I paid the extra because it was clear they deserved it, and I wasn’t going to skimp on such an important house repair. More text

Pond Roofing is a top notch company. They are prompt, knowledgeable, honest and do great work. Their prices are very reasonable with no hidden fees. They show up on time, pay attention to details and clean up afterwards. I give them an AAA+ rating.

We were extremely pleased with the extraordinary experience we had with Pond Roofing. We had our entire roof, gutters, downspouts & window screens replaced. Our estimator, Joe, was very knowledgeable, patient & responsive throughout the entire ordeal. He provided thorough details on every aspect of the project, as well... as, offered additional options & solutions. He never tried to add or sell us anything we didn’t need. We thought we had an issue with our roof, so we called pond roofing to take a look. Patrick, the owner, responded to our request promptly and came himself to take a look. After inspection he was very honest and confirmed that there was nothing wrong, but told us there were a few things we wanted to keep an eye on. We h...ired them to do preventative maintenance on some of our roof seals and they were very responsive, showed up on time, did great work, and checked in to make sure everything was great afterwards. Very pleased with the word done. Pond helped us fix a problem that the original installers of the roof couldn't find (another company). The whole process was smooth and efficient, from the initial inspection to the work done. The crew was polite, kept the work area clean, and even added extra bracing to the area of the... roof they were working on. We are happy with the work and will use Pond again in the future. More text
