Took me in for my inspection. They confirmed that I needed tires. They were able to help me find a reasonably priced tire and completed the process in less than two hours. I was able leave my car at the location and return it when I needed it. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will never again go to this place for anything other than inspections or emissions. I had an oil change done here, and was charged extra for items that were not disclosed up front. The attendant was rude when I asked about the additional charges. It would be reasonable to expect a local family-owned business to do be...tter than big-name shops. More text

Yates technicians handled my safety inspection quickly and professionally, even during their busiest times at the end the month. While I waited, I was offered a drink and even a coupon for free car washing! Thanks, Yates!

Poor service. It took me 15 minutes to get help, then I was told that I had to wait on the opposite side of the building to inspect the property. I wasted my time, and there was no signage to help me find out where and what to do.

Today I was changing my oil and looked at the process. Technician #1 took out the oil and placed the screw bag. After that, I waited for another technician to change my oil. (Technician #1 said they changed the oil but I tried again and they still didn't change it). He then called the second technician #2. Technician #...2 took out the old filter, and he made a new one in a rag. I wanted to inspect the filter to make sure it was clean and he did it too quickly. More text

I am only giving 4 stars as Inspection/Emissions was not available on Saturday. Their sign and website stated that they are open until 5pm. I arrived at the office and was told that they were closed at 4:55pm. I went back to the office on Monday, and was very impressed with the speed of service.

They exaggerate everything. Oil change costs over $120, and they act as if that's normal. Gas prices are 40 cents more in other places. They take too long in the inspection and emissions line, even though there are 7 cars in front of them. It doesn't help that the bees are so numerous, you can't open your windows while... they wait. They refused to install windshield wipers on my car and told me it would cost $65 to replace them. This is a complete waste of time. More text

Although they say that inspections close at 5, they won't accept you because they are busy. If you expect good service, don't come here. They will shut you down. Not even worth one star.
