My experience with Wayne goes back about ten years when he came out to look at a metal barn roof that had been blown back in wind. He was honest and practical and willing, and helped us out for what was a small repair. And he gave me some good advice. In the last year or so we developed a leak in our home roof, trace...d to rotting wood around a dormer in a 25 yo house. I called two roofers, and Wayne gave me a good quote (the other guy told me last fall that he would give a quote in 3 months because prices might change). With Wayne, we decided on dormer repairs, new gutters and a new roof, and planned for a Feb 1 start date. Then the rains came. The dormer/gutter crew showed up as soon as there were 3 clear days in a row, worked diligently, did a great job, and then the roofers came. It's a complicated roof, but the crews were big, worked to a stop point every night that protected the house from any weather (sometimes not stopping until dark). Clean-up was super, everyone was friendly, and Wayne came when finished to make sure everything was good and we were happy. He saw something he didn't like, and sent a couple of guys back to sort that out. The roof was up for the most recent weeks of big storms and it is quieter and warmer in the house. We are so pleased. Worth every penny, and I don't think the price was unreasonable considering all the time and effort and changes accomplished. More text

From my very first phone call until the completion of the job, Wayne answered all my questions, provided samples & quickly completed the quote. The worked was scheduled when promised & completed on time with the most impressive work crew. My neighbors were even talking about how hard they were working & that it was alm...ost dark & they were still blowing off any possibly debris. I would recommend NRV Roofing for quality of work & value to anyone who is needing a new roof. I love my beautiful new roof that puts a smile on my face daily. More text

Very professional and timely roof installation. NRV was very receptive and responsive to issues that came up, immediately addressed the issue and resolved it quickly. WE are very satisfied with the whole experience. First rate, quality job!!

NRV roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Wayne was very responsive with the quote work and was patient with us through the question and answer process and settling on the shingle color. NRV roofing is a local business with a long history in the area. This company probably replaced the roof of ~8/10 houses on my street. They worked with me when changes had to made in the middle of the project. Radford residents should definitely consider NRV roofing when they need replacing

We have used New River Valley Roofing to replace the roofs on two different homes over the last 12 years and have been extremely satisfied.
